Let us just think of how on 24 November, the 2017 Black Friday, the most purchased item in Italy was a dishwasher soap (in America, a router)! Hence, it is undeniable that we’re in the era of online purchases, and that millions, if not billions of items are processed, purchased and delivered everyday.
