Security in the era of the Internet of Things

What’s the world we live in? It is a dynamic, a rich world, a world packed with diversity, a colorful world, a developing world, a world that is never boring. A world able to create new horizons on the basis of the diversity and cultural wealth that characterize it, and at the same time able to spark alarmisms at the sole thought of the potential risks to which we are exposed. A context that, besides the security issue, appears more and more characterized by unpredictability and uncertainty, where the constant feeling of helplessness and vulnerability fosters a feeling of tension that is becoming increasingly widespread also because of all the ideological, cultural and religious variables that threaten its peaceful evolution.

HoloLens: the access key to discover Mixed Reality

Those who love art know it: it is difficult to find the words to explain the emotions you feel when you are standing in front of a sculpture by Canova, Donatello or Bernini. Equally complex it is to describe how incredible it may be the experience of admiring the Pietà by Michelangelo, turn around it, rotate it with your own hands, make it smaller and move it on a desk. The tool that make this possible is Microsoft HoloLens, the first stand-alone holographic computer that allows people to get in touch with digital content, interact with holograms and to obtain the access key for Mixed Reality.
